Below are results for core services as identified by the unit.  Each chart shows mean scores for each of seven questions.  The seven questions include an overall question and performance in specific customer service areas.  Each question was rated on a scale from extremely unsatisfied to extremely satisfied.


  • Health Care Services: Provides health care services to students, faculty, staff and the community
  • Health Sciences Facilities Support: Maintenance and repair to Health Sciences equipment in specialized labs and patient-care facilities
  • Health Sciences Shared Services Support: Provides shared service support to Health Sciences units  to advance research, teaching, learning, and patient care
  • Safety and Environmental Support: Provides a safe place to work through accident reporting, lab and chemical safety programs, training, and compliance
