Human Resources and Payroll Integrated Service Center Open Forum for Design Input

UW employees are invited to attend an open forum to learn more about the university’s plans to create an HR and Payroll Integrated Service Center. The goal of the center is to provide a single point of contact to effectively support faculty and staff with their human resources, academic human resources and payroll-related questions and service needs.

Attendees will be given a brief introduction to the objectives of the integrated service center and a high-level framework for the model. Attendees will then be encouraged to provide input on a series of facilitated questions about how they would most likely access the center, preferences for responsiveness, ease of use, priorities for processes and functions performed by the center, and other key service and design elements.

This design input session is a provost-sponsored project and part of the Transforming Administration Program complementing the work of the HR/P Modernization Program.

Those not able to attend can also learn more about the integrated service center and provide design input by accessing the Transforming Administration Program project website. Questions or requests for additional information can also be submitted via this site.
